The Ready to Ship Jewelry pieces are those that are ready to be shipped to you right away. You might see a few Jewelry pieces of the same design that are featured in the Made to Order section too. This is because we sometimes have a single piece of a specific design that is ready to be shipped however for subsequent orders of the same design, we have to make the item again from scratch.

All Jewelry in the Ready to Ship section will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

All Jewelry in the Made to Order section have different processing times (depending on the complexity of the designs). Hence please check the specific listing for processing times before placing your order for all Made to Order Jewelry.

The Jewelry that you see under the "Ready to Ship" category and "One of a kind" category are available immediately and will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Custom Jewelry is a piece of jewelry which is specially designed and made just for you or your loved ones and hence the pricing will reflect that. We have several Sand and Snow Jewelry designs which are on our Instagram Page and on this Website for you to choose from. We also have a good selection of gemstones which you can choose from, to mix and match designs. We DO NOT replicate work from other artists. We can make adjustments and slight changes to our existing designs (that you see on our website and Instagram) and can provide pictures of the preferred Stone you mentioned in the Custom Jewelry Form.

Payments for Custom Jewelry needs to be made in 2 parts. We request 75% of the full amount for the custom piece to be paid for the work to begin. Once we receive this payment, we will schedule a 30 minute meeting with you within 1 - 3 business days in order to discuss and get all the relevant information for your custom design piece. The other 25% needs to be paid when the piece is ready to be shipped. On receiving the full payment, the piece will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

There are NO REFUNDS for any Custom Jewelry.

A custom Jewelry piece can take up to 1 month from the time we receive the first payment, to be shipped to you.

No! Some mini collections like the Ellipsis and Shakti Collections are part of the Made to Order section, which means you can keep ordering the same piece many times, unlike the One of a Kind Collections that has only the pieces you see available, that are released in the collection. Jewelry from One-of-a-Kind Collections that have not yet sold, will feature in the One-of-a-Kind section, on this website.

No. All content on this website is my Intellectual Property. We at Sand and Snow Jewelry do not authorize the use of any of our content from this Website without prior explicit written permission from us.

Sand and Snow Jewelry uses Recycled Sterling Silver and Bronze, mostly. We do want to start making Real Gold Jewelry too, in the future and we will keep you posted about the same in our newsletter. 

We handpick all our Gemstones that are ethically sourced. We also use Cubic Zircon to ensure affordable pricing for some designs.

We try to recycle our packaging as much as possible, especially the bubble mailers. Your Jewelry will be packaged in a biodegradable pouch before it is placed inside a Velvet pouch/case and is Shipped Free with Tracking.

Sometimes, I may post a piece of jewelry i have just finished on my Instagram and Facebook Stories. Those jewels are up for grabs as soon as they go up on stories. You can send me a DM there if you want to claim any of them. They are listed on my website in a few days, if not sold on Social Media. Payment is due via Paypal in the next 24 hours after your claim there.

You can always request for a Custom piece to be made for you or your loved ones with the same design (if it’s a Gemstone piece then, the Stone type, shape and size may not be the same though). Look up 'Custom Jewelry' on my website for further information.

All my Jewelry is handcrafted by me and professionally made with high quality materials. For example, I set all my stones with a hand forged punch tool and hammer since I use a much thicker gauge of metal that envelopes the stone, in comparison to other Jewelers/Self-taught Artists that use a very thin gauge of metal which envelopes the stone, allowing them to simply push the metal against the stone with way lesser effort and strength. Also, I NEVER stick/glue my stones before setting them. I choose this traditional way of setting stones because it ensures durability and higher quality craftsmanship even though it is more labor intensive and time consuming. Very few of my Jewelry pieces are made from a template/mould even though I make quite a lot of them from wax before casting them in Sterling Silver / Bronze. All my wax work is hand carved and my metal fabrication work is made from scratch. They are all made from start to finish by me alone ensuring precision and attention to detail in each step. No part of the process (except casting, which is done locally) is outsourced. All of these factors is why the pricing reflects as such.

If you see different price ranges amongst my designs it is because of the amount of effort, time, skill, gemstone quality and size (if used), metal cost that is used in a particular piece. Please note, One of a Kind Jewelry and Custom Made Jewelry will always cost a bit more since they entail more working hours, both for design and execution.

My Pricing reflects not just the cost of materials but my super unique design mind, years of experience and my intention behind all of my work. I strongly believe and from my experience, know, that the people who buy my jewelry, recognize these aspects.

In order to give my Jewelry (all Sterling Silver and Bronze) an old world charm, I patina them, which turns all of them into a pitch black color (watch the video on my Instagram or Youtube channel).

I then polish all the Jewelry pieces to retrieve the shine of the metal back, which leaves the sunken metal portions still black, giving the pieces more depth, drama and dimension. This appearance is a major part of my signature design style.
